Rugby League Reads

 This book is about rugby league and what the teams and the players and where it was found. Hopefully you will like it this is by Curtis Naylor.

There are sixteen teams in the NRL footy. As ten Sydney teams, one New Zealand team, one Melbourne, four Queensland teams and one Canberra team. Sounds like a lot of teams doesn't it? I  wonder who you support in the NRL?

First  Paragraph

 Where was rugby league found?

The word NRL stands for national rugby league. It was found in England l868 then around some parts of the world. The first Australia rugby league match was in Melbourne back in the 1800’s. Rugby league was invented in Northern England 1895. As New Holland [aka Australia N.S.W before it was discovered by captain cook.] In 1908 eight rugby league teams in the NRL came: Sydney Roosters, South Sydney,Balmain Tigers,Eastern suburbs,Sydney city which is part of the Sydney Roosters. Western suburbs magpies,Newtown jets and North sydney bears. Sport takes a part of history to its why to this day we will always pay respect in past, present and future.

Sport is about having a healthy life. Problems sometimes happen in footy like injuries or trying to make it to the finals footy or your retirement.1908 things that people didn’t know lots about. Remember 2020 from January to June and July was coming out of covid-19 lockdown, but now it's starting to ease down for Australia. But problems were rising for some like Jake's friend retired by getting hit hard.My problem is when l play footy l don’t want to have an injury and stop playing footy because when l grow up l want to play for Coogee dolphins A- grade and the A- reserve. And the NRL teams. The players are getting even more people injured to this day. Hopefully they won’t have to retire.

What l loved about the book is that the NRL [rugby league]  is my favourite sport that l love playing and reading. The best thing l  love reading about this book is that it was interesting reading the book about footy players and the team and what about and when they came from.

what  would l change about the book is that they should get new players about them but get more information about the players. I do like the book because when people grow up and they are 18 they can get some information about footy and the rules about. l give this book 7 and 8 out of 10.
